INSTRUCTIONS
- The examination will be conducted online. You will be required to enter Login ID and Password, as given above, to enter the On-Line exam site. You must maintain secrecy of the username & password. ( परीक्षा ऑनलाइन आयोजित कि जायेगी । जैसा कि ऊपर दिए गए, ऑन लाइन परीक्षा स्थल में प्रवेश करने के बाद आपको लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड उपलब्ध करवाया जायेगा )
- You are required to bring this call letter along with photo affixed thereon and currently valid photo identity proof in original and photocopy of the photo identity proof. Please note that your name as appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be allowed to appear for the exam. In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce Gazette notification/their marriage certificate / affidavit. { आप मूल पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड , मतदान पत्र , पैन कार्ड , ड्राइविंग लायसेंस ) के साथ उसकी एक फोटोकॉपी तथा वर्तमान फोटो लाना आवश्यक हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि एडमिट कार्ड (पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया के दौरान आप द्वारा प्रदान की) और पहचान पत्र में उपस्तिथ जानकरी जैसे नाम ,फोटो आदि मेल खाना चाहिए। महिला उम्मीदवारों जो पहले / अंतिम / मध्य नाम शादी के बाद बदल गया है इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए।वह साथ में अपना मैरिज सर्टिफिकेट भी लाये }
- A handout giving information/instructions about the type of examination is available on the website J.E.T Please download the handout and study it carefully. ( परीक्षा के प्रकार के बारे में जानकारी / निर्देश देने J.E.T. की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है ,डाउनलोड करने और इसे ध्यान से अध्ययन करें )
- You should also bring stationary such as pencils, and a ballpoint pen with you to the examination hall. ( आप अपने साथ पेन्सिल और एक ballpoint पेन लाना होगा )
- You are called for the on-line examination without verifying your personal details viz age, qualification etc. with your certificates. Before appearing for the on-line examination, you must ensure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria stipulated by the J.E.T in all respects. (आप अपने व्यक्तिगत विवरण अर्थात उम्र, योग्यता आदि अपने प्रमाण पत्र के स साथ ऑन लाइन परीक्षा के लिए प्रदर्शित होने के पहले, आपको यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि आप सभी मामलों में J.E.T द्वारा निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करना )
- You must report at the examination venue 30 minutes before the time as printed on this call-letter. Candidates arriving late will not be permitted to appear for the on-line examination. ( आप परीक्षा स्थल पर छपे समय से 30 मिनट पहले परीक्षा स्थल में रिपोर्ट करना होगा। देर से पहुंचने उम्मीदवारों को ऑन लाइन परीक्षा के लिए प्रदर्शित करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी )
- Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phonesetc. is not permitted in this examination. Candidates are advised not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/pagers to the venue of examination as safety arrangement cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing for the examination including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the examination will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers. ( किताबें, नोटबुक, कैलकुलेटर, इलेक्ट्रॉनिका घड़ी , पेजर, मोबाइल फोन आदि का उपयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों को मोबाइल फोन / पेजर परीक्षा आयोजित स्थल के लिए प्रतिबंधित। किसी भी उम्मीदवार किसी भी अनुचित साधनों या कदाचार का खुद जवाबदेह होगा / परीक्षा के दौरान प्रतिबंधित साधनों का प्रयोग करते हुए कोई भी उम्मीदवार या किसी प्रकार की चीटिंग करते पाया गया तो उसे अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा )
- Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorised possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
- Please note that you are allowed to appear only once for the examination for above mentioned post. Multiple appearances will result in cancellation of candidature. In case more than one calletter has been generated, you are advised to appear only once on the date and at the time mentioned on the respective calletter, All other calletters are to be surrendered. ( कृपया ध्यान दें एक उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन परीक्षा में केवल एक बार उपस्थित होने की अनुमति दी गई है । ऑनलाइन परीक्षा में एकाधिक उपस्थिति उम्मीदवारी को रद्द किया जायेगा । उम्मीदवारों को तारीख और समय पर बुलावा पत्र पर उल्लेखित समय पर उपस्थित होने की सलाह दी जाती है। अन्य सभी बुलावा पत्र आत्मसमर्पण कर दे )
